This team is focused in assuring the provision of value added services to Afghanistan, to selected entities, aggregating the accumulated experience of the Groups directors and associated companies, structured to provide project development, engineering and construction, facility assessment, environmental review, manpower support and facilities management, all aligned to providing our customers with a guaranteed cost-benefit in exchange for a long-term relationship oriented to maximizing the cost benefits of the regions construction initiatives.

We provide competitive bid general contracting services as well as negotiated construction, design-build, and construction management services. Our mission is to deliver the projects in a safe, expeditious and cost effective manner while maintaining the highest standards of engineering and construction quality.
